If you are not at home at the time of delivery attempt, we can repeat it again any working day by standard delivery between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Redelivery is available free of charge, for all types of consignments with the exception of Delivery To Post Office consignments. At certain locations, your consignment can be redelivered on request by special (courier) delivery, at a price specified in the current Pricelist. You can get more information at the telephone number given in the notice of arrival of the consignment.

You must send your request for redelivery at least three working days before the requested date of redelivery (which may not exceed the latest collection time).
